I got these gorgeous pieces of heaven on earth last night. I was in choir practice last night when our confectionary angels stopped by to treat us. I love it when choir lovers are also Cafe Chocolat store owners. Every strawberry was perfectly ripe and the chocolate melted in my mouth. I had 2, but my boys came in from AWANAS and had a couple also.
Hmmm.... so, I waited for everybody else to leave by making a lot of conversation and happened to notice a lot of these leftover for the sugar ants. I grabbed a couple for my sweetie who was just getting in from work. He loved them too.
(Mom....) The boys enjoyed a special treat that they fell in love with when they vacationed in Orlando with Nana and Papa. Note: this picture is straight out of the camera. Those blueberries really are the blue!
We ran errands today to pick up some things for the boat (see Robin's Reports) that were on order and then my sweetie took me to lunch. I wish I could say it was as delicious as those chocolate covered strawberries.
We're enjoying a lovely family night together before Jack goes for a wonderful adventure with his friend who bought a 32' Luhrs sportsfishing boat. They are picking it up in St. Petersburg and chartering it around the peninsula of Florida. I should have some fantastic pictures next week.
Valentine hearts,
Mama to many fishermen
