I sow directly into my garden beds. Sadly, that's my current level of patience. LOL I have never attempted cauliflower (although I need to) ... info I have from a book about gardening in FL says October for it.
Some things I will do in August, some in Sept., some in Oct. I really need to get my third bed done so I have the room to do all that I want!
