Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; each one of you is to return to his family property and each to his own clan. Lev 25:10
Last year, we were able to return home to our "clan" and family property for the holiday weekend.
This year was a little bit more complicated with furloughs, economy problems and the jubilation of the birth of my new niece. But, all is well and we're all so happy.
Thanks you soldiers, down through the years, for giving us freedoms in America. Freedom to live, love and laugh. Freedom to speak and discuss policies. Freedom to worship as we desire. Freedom to live without fear and to pursue happiness.
This is the land that I love.
