WARBIRD AIR SHOW

by Robin

Andrew is a HUGE fan of WW2 trivia, especially aviation. God blessed him beyond measure when we moved close to an airport that caters to warbirds via a special airshow yearly and a Valiant Air Command Museum open daily.

Andrew loves planes, definitely more than fishing.

Some of his aviation artwork is on display in the gift shop of the museum. The ladies know him by name and they have a good relationship.

We go to the Open House twice a year (Memorial Day and Veteran's Day). Andrew lives for this stuff. He's met famous folks (astronauts, pilots, etc), none of which I can remember the names of now.

(F-104 Starfighter superfast!)

Anyhow, the Air Show began yesterday and will continue in 30 min and Sun at 1pm too. I took these pics of the show yesterday. (This one below hit the telephone pole shortly after I took this photo - jk)

Sounds awesome! I love airshows!

I saw your note about Jack's job. I am so sorry to hear of the paycuts, but thankful to hear he was not cut completely. We have taken some hits like that too - no raises or bonuses either :-( Hang in there!
