It is such a strange thing when we have freeze warnings on the coast of FL. It is much more common inland. We simply do have as much of a variation in weather due to the constant sea breeze.
If you read my Robin's Reports, you know I keep a garden. Here's how I handled the 28-30 deg warning.

Today marks a couple things. It is the day I end babysitting 9 of the cutest critters on my street. I have thoroughly enjoyed it but my sinuses hated every minute. It was suppose to be an experience to help the boys gain responsibility & play w/ guinea pigs, only the dogs saw them as threats. Sadly.
