Sometimes life is not fair. Sometimes baby squirrels fall out of trees when they're playing chase. I wanted so badly to rehab this little guy but he was already shutting down & in such pain from his injuries when Jack picked him up.
I cried and cried. I can only hope that he's in Squirrel Canaan - the land of nuts & honey.
