Homemade hummus - chickpeas, lemon juice, EVOO, salt/pepper, thyme, basil and parsley - partially from the garden. Topped with new baby lettuce leaves from my garden (Meschun) and homegrown tomatoes from the guy up the road. Absolutely delicious!
I have to thank Andrew for the colorful, homemade drop-cloth as well. He made it in art class for me.
